Hannah Small - Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) and Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP)

Hannah is a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) and Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences through movement and exercise. She believes that movement is medicine and that exercise can be a powerful tool for improving health, building confidence, supporting recovery, and enhancing quality of life.
Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology, specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences with Co-operative Education (2025), followed by a Master of Kinesiology specializing in Movement and Exercise Sciences (2026). Through her education and practical experiences, Hannah developed a deeper appreciation for the role movement and exercise can play in supporting health, recovery, and overall well-being.
Hannah has experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with diverse health needs, abilities, and goals. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and individualized care, with a focus on meeting each person where they are and helping them use movement in ways that are meaningful, achievable, and sustainable. Hannah strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where people can feel confident in their bodies, work toward their goals, and discover the positive impact movement can have in their everyday lives.
Whether supporting someone in returning to activity, improving their overall health and function, building strength and fitness, or developing a more positive relationship with exercise, Hannah is passionate about helping people move well, feel well, and live well.
