Born and raised in Timmins, Avery pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Animal Biology and a minor in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences. Building on this foundation, she earned a Master of Science in Animal Biosciences from the University of Guelph. Her interest in holistic health practices and the well-being of both humans and animals led her to embark on a principles-based education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completing her Osteopathic Manual Therapy Diploma in 2023.

Beyond Avery’s professional pursuits, she enjoys cherished moments with her family and beloved Labradors. In her leisure time, she finds relaxation through activities such as hiking, golfing, cross-country skiing, hot yoga, and being on the water.
