Sylvie has worked in the education field since 1990. She started Pilates at The Movement Studio in 2020 and has discovered the many benefits of a sound mind in a sound body.

Sylvie joined our front desk staff in 2022 and recently decided to use her teaching background and her passion for Pilates to become a certified Pilates and Movement Teacher.
